The following are examples of my experience in online documentation and web design. I have assumed a number of roles in this area, including design, online documentation, and webmaster.

Michigan ITS

[Michiganits.com has been absorbed into the MDOT ITS program website, and is no longer in exisitance]
HNTB was one of the engineering firms involved in the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Program Office. This project allowed HNTB staff to serve as an extension of the MDOT ITS staff. HNTB staff in Chicago designed the site based on my ideas. I served as webmaster for the site – posting updates, fielding questions and collecting responses. HNTB's Program Office contract ended in January of 2009.

Midwest Turtles
I researched and wrote the information about most of the turtles on this page. My information was edited by an expert before being added to the page. I also created the distribution maps in many of the profiles. I wrote information for and worked on a number of pages on this site in order to keep it updated.

Little River Wetlands Project on Facebook
Fan Page
As part of the Marketing Subcommittee for LRWP, I worked as one half of a team to propose and convince the board that they should take advantage of opportunities created by social networking. I created and currently maintain the LRWP Facebook fan page. I update events regularly, post photos, and interact with fans on the site.
